On the last day we were told by phone in our room at 10.00am that it was time to get out. We asked for somewhere to store our luggage untill it was time to go to the airport and were informed there was no-where to leave them. We were basically tossed in the street at 10.30am with our luggage. The beds were like bricks.

Not a lot in the area, handy for the San Siro Stadium where AC Milan and Inter Milan play.

when arrived moved to an unsuitable hotel. told no option and not offered refund. placed in europa hotel that was a dump

I didn't realise when booking that there was not a restaurant in the hotel and there was nowhere in this area to eat except for 1 tea room/patessere. I ended up walking nearly 1 mile to a supermarket to buy ham & cheese and a loaf of bread and borrowing a knife from the breakfast room, and ate in my room. The corridors were very grubby, but the room was very clean. Don't go there, I booked to be near the Exhibition centre but it was at least 15 minutes walk, not what you need after walking around an exhibition all day.

Staff very friendly and transport links excellent. No bar and very limited drinks/food service.

Top Tip
This is a business hotel, if you want nitelife, then be prepared to travel 20 mins!!
