The hotel is centrally located in an area called "Repubblica", which is 10 minutes' walking distance from downtown. The hotel is close to the underground station an all major attractions in the city are easily accessible.

This hotel is housed in a traditional building, painted a soft yellow-cream colour with large windows. The guestrooms are housed on 4 floors and all are medium in size. The rooms are fairly simple in furnishing, however all are well equipped with a range of modern comforts. The hotel reception area is cosy and welcoming and the desk is made of wood as are the majority of furnishings. The breakfast room is medium sized and the walls and curtains are both a nice, soft ochre color, providing a pleasant dining environment. This is a good quality hotel where the friendly staff will ensure the needs of all guests are met with.
