The hotel is located on the Piazza Duca d'Aosta, is a huge square located directly in front of Milan Centrale railway station. It is ideally located, both for shopping on the Via Buenos Aries and for visiting the Duomo, which is only 2 stops away on the metro.

This hotel occupies a modern, grey, 8-storey building and features the Minihotel chain's characteristic blend of quality and functionality. There is a large neon sign located above the entrance, making it extremely easy to find. The average sized lobby has a polished stone and linoleum floor and a wooden reception desk. There is also ample seating. The medium sized rooms are well maintained and contain all modern comforts. Most have bright yellow bedspreads and a beige carpet. They all have private bathroooms which have been recently rennovated to a high standard. The hotel also offers a breakfast room on the 8th floor, seating around around 50 people. It is quite basic, but it offers excellent views over the Piazza.
