The hotel is close to the Fiera Trade Fair and the San Siro football stadium and opposite a metro station. It is 10 minutes by metro from the Milan Centrale railway station and the city centre.

This hotel occupies a 4-storey building, designed in a traditional style. The small lobby is pleasantly decorated. In front of the wooden reception desk, there is a large red, floral carpet. The sitting area features blue easy chairs, potted plants and small coffee tables with vases of flowers on them. The medium sized guest rooms have blue carpets, cream walls and light wooden furniture. The curtains blend in with the blue colour of the carpet and the bedspreads are soft with floral decorations. The restaurant, "Churrascaria Picanhas," offers a tropical atmosphere and an international buffet.
