Except location nothing was great in subject hotel as there was no curtain in shower, also bathroom window curtain was quite transperant too beside that socket wasn't working and on top neither hot water system working properly nor water was coming in force not only that it seems there was some insect inside mattress that was keep biting during whole night, also window wasn't double glazed hence you can listen traffic noise constantly which seems pain on injury.

The hotel had no hot water for our entire stay and our room was very small.
The location was great, right next to the Central Station and with a very good restaraunt next door but it was extremely noisy - both inside and outside the hotel through out the nights.
The breakfast was reasonable and the staff quite helpful.
We paid £80 per night and it definitely was not worth the money.
Top Tip
The restaurant next door to the hotel is lovely and reasonably priced. See the cathedral and go to the nearby shops (don't buy anything though as very very expensive!!) Relax in the bars/cafes around the city. Natual History museum was good also

ideally situated opposite the cental station, basic facilities, some rooms have air coditioning or heating noise at night. breakfast good, but replenishment slow.

try the restuarant around the corner.

1) During our entire stay (4oC temperature), the heating system did not work. The best word mentioned by the staff was - "it's not only your room Sir, be patient".
2) Smell inside room is simply awful.
3) Presence of dangerous, broken pieces of ceramic inside bathroom.
4) Breakfast is below avarage of other 3 star hotels in Europe.
Top Tip
1) Milan is well covered by the underground system, so to buy an one-day-ticket is worth doing.
2) Shopping nearby Porta Venezia station is a good experience - many famous fashion stores for sale.
3) Visiting Duomo and Galery Victorio Emanuele is mandatory.

This was the least agreeable of the 6 hotels where I stayed in Italy. A 2 star hotel in San Stefano d'Aveto had much better facilities.

2 minutes walk from Central train station. Very handy for getting the bus to and from Malpensa airport. Plenty of shops and restaurants around the hotel.

The People behind reception were quite un helpful and miserable looking. Hotel itself was very pleasant though and the room was nice.

We found it very expensive to eat and drink in milan!

Breakfast very poor, but generally seems to be the case in Italian hotels anyway.
Top Tip
very close to train station. Difficult to park around. About half hour walk to Last Supper. Pleasant enough area.
